The base trim is the A4 40. It’s juiced up on 201 horsepower with 236 foot-pounds of torque.
Reaching 60 MPH in a steady 5.7 seconds, the A4 45 Allroad has the same 261 horsepower and 273 lbs of torque as the base 45. With a higher rear roof and wider trunk space, the Allroad is only slightly slower than the base 45 at 5.5 seconds.
Red brake calipers, sport suspension and a 0-60 time that will make your head spin. The S4 TFSI has a 3.0-liter quattro® sport rear differential, S-tuned sport adaptive damping suspension and tiptronic automatic, eight-speed transmission. In 4.4 seconds, this vehicle pumps out 349 horsepower and 369 foot-pounds of torque.
Fuel Mileage
Coming in at around 27 combined, the A4 45 has 24 MPG city and 32 highway. The Allroad has not been rated, but the 2020 45 was equipped with 23 MPG city and 31 MPG highway. The EPA did rate the S4, however. Being the sportier of this model, it has a 20 MPG city and 28 MPG highway.
