As the next level of the BMW X series the 2021 X2 brings all of customer’s favorite things from the X1 and serves up a sportier, sleeker upgrade. The X1 brought large cargo capacity and agility, the X2 xDrive28i has shrunk its size by about three inches but presents itself as a significantly more sport-focused vehicle.
Overview
BMW has advertised this series as the “rebel sports utility coup”. It comes in three trims: X2 sDrive28i, X2 xDrive28i, and the X2 M35i.
Where the first two are similar to the X1 in engine and features, the X2 has brought on a new design that looks and feels more sporty. They share a 2.0L TwinPower Turbo inline, 4 cylinder, 16-valve 228-hp engine with a twin-scroll turbocharger. They both have 258lb-ft of torque and run the 0-60 time in 6.6-6.3 seconds respectively.
The M35i is where the X2 changes the game completely. BMW taps back into its sport roots with new features, stronger engine, and an all around improved driving experience. The BMW X2 M35i has 331 lb-ft of torque and comes in the 0-60 time trial at an impressive 4.7 seconds for a sports utility coup. With a 16-valve 301-hp engine equipped with twin-scroll turbocharger with variable valve control featuring a Double-VANOS and valvetronic system, this vehicle has better fuel economy and a stronger engine.
Fuel Mileage
BMW has not released the mileage for this vehicle yet but we do know it has a 16.1 gallon stainless steel fuel tank.

For this lease, there is a $995 acquisition fee which is added on by all car dealerships for arranging the lease. Interior
With a driver-focused cockpit, the X2 provides a sporty, more racing interior style. With eight programmable memory buttons from the temperature of the car, to seat adjustment, the vehicle will feel uniquely yours.

Overall, the xDrive28i and the sDrive28i are very similar on the inside. The xDrive has a thinner wheel for better grip and tighter turns. With added shifter pedals on the sides of the wheel, transition from automatic to manual with ease.
